Award Winning PerennialsAward Winners for 2007The Perennial Plant Association picked Nepeta ‘Walkers Low’ as the 2007 Perennial of the Year. Although this is not a new perennial, it is a fabulous one! Just a look at the picture tells you all you need to know about it. Deadheading spent flowers will prolong bloom time ‘til October. What a gem! Has gray-green foliage with a plethora of lavender flowers nearly all summer long.
‘Paradigm’, the 2007 Hosta of the Year, a large leafed variety with heavily crinkled golden leaved streaked with blue-green margins, is brand new to the Hosta market this year! It is more than exquisite by itself and lovely when combined with other flowers!
Since it will only be available as a very
small plant, we will also be carrying ‘Stained
Glass’, the Hosta of the Year for 2006. ‘Stained
Glass’ is a vigorous sun tolerant Hosta with
extremely fragrant, light lavender flowers!
